Summary: was short but the party wasn t I missed last year for some reason and when someone asked me what I was doing for Cinco de Mayo I about had a fit because I totally spaced out about it I fixed Arroz Con Pollo a Mexican chicken casserole dish in celebration I had fixed that two years ago and it was a great success It was even better this year I amaze myself sometimes
