Summary: really have enough people coming to warrant such a large bird so they need to eat plenty I have decided to inject the turkey with stuff so I bought an injector kit and some stuff I hope that it tastes okay I haven t ever done this with my store bought birds They usually come already injected I just want to avoid a dry turkey and I want to add some flavor Hopefully
