I am not a big fan of chicken salad but I had the best I have ever tasted I would love the recipe for it It seemed to probably be canned chicken it wasn't dry but yet it wasn't runny and made the bread soft. I had grated carrott and celery and dried cranberries in it. It also had some chopped pecans but didn't seem to have onion.. I would love to to know but was holding it together.
