Does anyone have some toddler friendly chicken casserole recipes? I would really like some new ideas for toddler friendly casseroles with chicken in them. My toddlers are 18 months. I have school age kids too. My husband is tired of the ones I have been making so I need new recipes.

Looking for specific chicken casserole recipe? I am looking for a really specific chicken casserole recipe my grandma used to make. She had a written recipe she got from a newpaper, so I know she didn't just make it up on her own. These are as many ingrediants as I can remember from it: Chicken, corn flakes, mayo, either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. I can find recipes like this, but what I can't figure out is the additional flavor. It has a hint of a stuffing flavor to it, so I think it might be sage, but I do kind of remember her fishing out a bay leaf out of it too. Also, the corn flakes were in it and on top. Does anyone have any suggestions, or know of anything similar to this? Thanks in advance! Stefanie I forgot to add that there are no water chestnuts, cheese, corn, or almonds in the recipe.

Chicken Casserole recipe without using a hob? Hello, I've recently moved into a new house and wanted to cook something nice for the other half. I was thinking chicken casserole as got lots of veg to use up. I remember it had the chicken and rice (of course), cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, celery, onion, a little lemon juice and buttered bread crumbs as a topping. (I think it had a little mayonnaise, too.) Any help locating this recipe or helping to construct a similar recipe would be greatly appreciated. (P.S. What is your opinion of this chicken casserole recipe? Chicken and broccoli casserole Prep time 30 minutes Cook time 90 minutes Serves 4-6 1 3-4 lb whole cut up chicken 2 bay leaves 1 head of broccoli cut up. Not too small three-bite size maybe. 3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, don’t dilute 1 ½ + 1 cups of seasoned croutons. I find small square ones work the best. 1 cup grated mozzarella or swiss cheese ½ cup dry white wine or Marsala if you prefer 2 eggs 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp salt ½ tsp garlic powder 1/3 tsp pepper 1/3 tsp basil First par boil the chicken with the bay leaves for 40 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, combine all other ingredients except broccoli and 1 cup of the total 2 ½ cups croutons in a 9x13 baking dish mixing well. Once you have mixed well, add the broccoli distributing evenly. Save the 1 cup croutons for later. Preheat the oven to 350F Once the chicken is done, remove from heat and when cool enough to handle, de-bone the chicken into three-bite size pieces and add to the casserole also distributing evenly. Discard the bay leaves. Make sure the chicken and broccoli are completely covered in the sauce. Hint: don’t pitch that liquid, instead strain it put into a plastic container freeze and save it for recipes or soups calling for chicken stock. Hint: you could put the chicken in the casserole bone in to save time but I find this dish is much better if you can just spoon it on your plate and dig in without those pesky bones. Bake the casserole covered with foil on the middle rack for 40 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining croutons and cook uncovered for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes and serve. This is pretty much an all-in-one meal so no need for sides, although if you want another side I would recommend a garden salad. A nice dry white wine goes wonderfully as well. Bon Appetite!

Has anyone ever tried Campbell's soup casserole recipes? Has anyone tries Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole and Campbell's Green Bean Casserole? Do they taste good? Would it be a bad idea to combine both recipes into one casserole?

Any casserole recipes like Stouffer's Chicken and Veggie Bake? I'm thinking about making a casserole in a couple days, with chicken, brocolli, carrots, rice and cheese. I'm hoping to come up with something with a similar taste and texture as Stouffer's "Grandma's Chicken and Vegetable Bake," but with fresher ingredients. Anyone have advice for a good recipe to mimic this dinner? Right now I'm thinking to cook and dice the veggies and chicken, mix in with cooked (basmati) rice, mix with some sauce/mix/cheese/etc (where I need the most help,) and topping it all with crumbled up stove-top stuffing. How do I make the saucey cheesy mixture, and how long should I cook the casserole? I generally never use mayo, ranch, or sour cream, but I might make an exception if the ingredient will texturize without being tasted in the casserole. I'm planning to use cheddar cheese (grated,) but I also have velveeta, mozarella, and a few other cheeses, if they might work better. Someone give me a good recipe for all of these ingredients. Onion and spice are ok, btw

Chicken and rice casserole dish.. what can I spice it up with? OK, well weeks ago someone wanted to know an easy chicken recipe for two, and someone posted a recipe like.. "put chicken drummettes in a casserole dish, and put rice in it, and place in oven.." but i want to add some seasoning.. what would be good? Like Adobo... or.. maybe broth?? Good Taste Magazine Australia - Spanish Chicken Casserole? There was a recipe in a good taste magazine. I'm not sure what year or issue it was but I know it was in an advertisement for Vegeta stock. The recipe was called Spanish Chicken Casserole. I think it was a winter issue. I need this recipe for a dinner party and io had saved it into my computer but it isn't working at the moment.
