How do I make breaded buffalo chicken wings? I have a packet of buffalo seasoning, and I am planning on making buffalo wings this evening, but my wife and I both prefer breaded chicken, instead of just seasoned. Should we just mix the seasoning with flour and then bread like we normally would, or is there a better way of doing it?
Love buffalo chicken wings, want a better recipe? So when I make buffalo wings I simply spice up the chicken, bake or fry and toss in some room temp sauce such as Frank's. Here is the problem, when I go to restaurants and order wings they are never super runny and the sauce seems to be more of a thick coating. I have feeling what I'm missing is some type of breading or perhaps marination, but as much as I love the sauce itself, I hate that it just runs of the chicken! Any suggestions for how to make my sauce thicken and stick?
How do you make Buffalo Chicken Wings? I am looking for a simple yet delicious recipe for Buffalo Chicken Wings. You can't beat the taste of them as they make them in NY (Buffalo and Ithaca)and Boston. The catch... I live in Africa now and I have limited ingredients. Silly but please tell me that chinese buffalo wings are from chicken and not dogs? I ask because I heard from a rather somewhat popular source on the net (not naming who), that buffalo wings (the hairy ones mainly in chinese restaurants) are actual puppies or dog legs doscombubulated some kinda way to make it 'appear' as if it were an actual chicken wing. I hope it's nonsense but then again I know asians eat weird stuff as is with most other cultures in other countries. But I really hope they aren't keeping this a secret in their restaurants over here.

Why are buffalo chicken wings so often served with blue cheese and celery? I've noticed that the obligatory side dish to an order of chicken wings at many restaurants seems to be celery sticks and some sort of blue cheese dip. Not being a chicken-wing-eater myself, it seems to be a terribly odd combination. Other than "I dunno, it tastes good?", I have yet to hear a definitive origin for this traditional trio.

How Do I Keep My Chicken Wings From Sticking? I like to bake my chicken wings (buffalo style) in my oven but I can't seem to find the right type of material to keep them from sticking to the baking sheet. I've tried a regular baking sheet with no luck, then used tin foil and they still stuck, and finally I placed waxed paper on top of the baking sheet and not only did that not work but I began to smoke out my entire kitchen. Can anyone tell what I can do?
