Chook Me!

Does anybody have a good recipe for baking chicken in the oven or in a frying pan?

I am looking for recipes that call for skinless boneless chicken breast or chicken breast tenderloins. I am kind of picky when it comes to chicken and those are the only 2 cuts I like unless a whole chicken is roasted. Thanks,

  1. I dip them in egg and then into crushed french fried onions and bake on 375 for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Try the cheddar flavored onions. Yummy!
  2. I flour and salt, pepper my chicken as I would for regular frying. Put oil in a baking dish enough to cover the bottom. Then bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Turn over when browned on bottom side.
  3. When I bake chicken breasts I use a marinade and bake them uncovered for a juicier chicken, but that's me. I use Lawry's marinades. The steak and chop is a good one (and yes, I use it on chicken). The lemon pepper is a good one too. Also, if you can find it, the Louisiana red pepper is good too. I always add a little extra seasoning (onion and garlic powder) to the meat while it's marinating. One more thing ... I always beat my chicken breasts down with a meat tenderizer so they are flatter. It seems like the thicker the breasts are the dryer they are. Then that way, it doesn't take them a long time to cook.
  4. i would either put them in a pan with BBQ sauce and bake them or broil them with lots of spices
  5. its my own recipe 2 fry a chicken wings or breast its like KFC I call it Medhat FC it depend on the staffing (mustard, grounded garlic don't peel it,Cinnamon, salt, peeper, zaater, lemon, vinegar, water=cup of water, yogurt &some spicy chilli if u like spicy) mix it all then put the wings for 3 hrs in all of that later on prepar some minced bread or buy it from the bakery for ex a cup of that w/ 3 spons of cornflwore ,shak an egg or tow put the wings in the egg then breaded in the powder very well then fry & bon appitie
  6. POOR OLIVE OIL IN BOTTOM OF PAN JUST TO COVER THE BOTTOM PUT CHICKEN IN THE BAKING PAN WITH CUBED POTATOES AND SPRINKLE ROSEMARY AND GARLIC OVER IT ALL,BAKE AT 375 TILL POTATOES AND CHICKEN ARE DONE
  7. Baked boneless chicken breasts: Marinate them in Italian dressing for about 1 hour then roll in Italian style bread crumbs that have Parmesan and Romano cheeses mixed in - bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending upon how thick/big they are. Serve with smashed potatoes, green beans and maybe some gravy. It is easy, fast and very tasty.
  8. #1 Slice the chicken in strips, and cook in Yoshidas sauce on the stove, cover with a lid til done, or in oven covered. Good with rice, or alone. #2- In the oven or stovetop, add a little oil, olive oil preferrably and cover both sides with a good lemon pepper, bake or fry, (no need for oil if baked in oven) #3 Melt some butter, dip in butter and then in dry ranch dressing, bake in 350 oven. You can also mix made ranch dressing with flour and coat chicken, bake in oven.
  9. Crispy Ranch Chicken ---Mix an envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing ?Seasoning mix w? 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Shake 6-8 pieces of chicken to coat. Bake on ungreased sheet 50-60 min@375. This comes out really nice & moist, 7 it has great flavor.
