- If she's picky eater, then just salt and pepper it and bake, covered in the oven. Or cover with barbecue sauce and bake.
- If it is for a toddler i wouldn't recommend a chicken leg, they have bones and can be unsafe for a toddler. If you do decide to use a chicken leg recipe I would shred the chicken into little pieces that are safe for a toddler. In fact here is a easy chicken recipe that i feel is suitable for toddlers. Super Easy Chicken Fingers INGREDIENTS 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite size pieces 4 tablespoons butter, melted 1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Roll chicken pieces in the melted butter or margarine, then roll in the breadcrumbs Bake the chicken fingers in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes or until they are brown and pierce easily with a fork. Ready to serve!

- Don't even have to do it in the oven. Take your chicken leg (better if frozen) and put it in a pan with a can of chicken noodle soup (like Campbell's) and add the can of water. Stir. If frozen, bring to a boil, turn the heat down, and cook, covered for 30 minutes. If not frozen, cook for 20 minutes after it boils. You can boil a potato on the side, mash it, place a serving of mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the cooked leg and pour the soup around all. It is wonderful and the chicken is very tender and juicy. My father made the above for me and I have since altered it by using Cream of Mushroom soup instead which makes it's own gravy!! This is also good with frozen pork chops.
- Baked chicken: Marinate chicken pieces in Italian dressing for about 1 hour then roll in Italian style bread crumbs that have Parmesan and Romano cheeses mixed in - bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending upon how thick/big they are. Serve with smashed potatoes, green beans and maybe some gravy. It is easy, fast and very tasty.
- shake and bake
- mix honey barbeque sauce with some honey and bke for about 2 hours, chicken will end up almost falling off the bone
- barbque chicken. Add brown sugar or honey to the sauce to sweeten it.
