What should I have for dinner tonight...I have chicken breast thawed & ready??
looking for a new recipe..I like to broil or oven bake chicken...so any ideas would be awesome!! Thank You!

- How about a simple chicken casserole. Chicken, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and tomato sauce, with seasonings, over pasta. It's really delicious. I usually make this with seafood, but chicken would be nice too.
- white rice with cream of mushroom and peas w/ season grilled chicken is great. Mix shredded chicken with onions and shredded cheese in bowl. Heat oil in pan, roll mixture into corn tortilla, hold with tongs to fry for chicken taquitos. Chicken spaghetti is an interesting adventure.
- So do I actually. I'm going to cook for the whole family, and I'm thinking of doing sweet chilli chicken with stir fry and noodles. Basically, you just oven bake the chicken with a jar or two of sweet chilli sauce on top until it's cooked. Slice it up and serve with noodles and veggie stir fry. Yummy. I also like to cook it in the oven in foil parcels with lemon slices, lemon juice, thyme, a teeny bit of butter and a splash of white wine or water. Then I serve it with a nice green salad and mashed potatoes. Have fun, Kirsty.

INGREDIENTS 1 egg 1 tablespoon water 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup dry bread crumbs 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided 5 medium zucchini, sliced 4 medium tomatoes, sliced 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil DIRECTIONS In a shallow bowl, beat egg, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Set aside 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Place the remaining crumbs in a large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in bag and shake to coat. In a skillet, cook chicken in 2 tablespoons oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown; remove and set aside. In the same skillet, saute zucchini in remaining oil until crisp-tender; drain. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved bread crumbs over the zucchini. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, basil and remaining salt. Top with chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Mix 1 cup of dry rice with one can of cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Stir in some frozen mixed veggies. Place chicken breasts on top. Season with whatever spices you enjoy. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350.
- Ok I make this alot for my family and it sounds weird but it is sooo good! I take cream cheese and shredded cheese and put it in the middle of the breast. Roll it up so that the chicken is covering all of the cheese. Spice it with garlic powder salt and pepper and put in the oven at 350 for about an hour. Take it out and use cream of mushroom soup as a gravy. Pour it all over the chicken add bread crumbs and more shredded cheese to the top and put back in the oven for like another 10 minutes. It is soooo yummy!
