- you can cook chicken in the microwave, but it make it really chewy and tough....I wouldnt recommend it. If you have the time I would definately bake it in the oven. good luck.
- A microwave oven cooks differently than a conventional oven. Conventional ovens cook from the outside in using heat. Microwave cooks from the inside out using radio waves. That's why you get that nice crispy golden brown look on a roasted chicken or turkey when it's pulled from the oven.
- naw you put it in the oven man
- Hello: I wouldn't because it would be better to cook it in the regular oven because it will cook more evenly, and taste alot better! If you cook your chicken in the microwave,it may cause it to be really tough, raw and slimy too! Plus it will take A LONG TIME to cook it in the microwave too!
- You can but you won't get nice browning and crisp skin. I always use it for cooking pieces to get cooked chicken meat for a recipe that calls for it. I put the pieces a few at a time in a large casserole and cover it. This keeps the steam in and it comes out really moist. For large chicken thighs it only takes a few minutes. And it definitely doesn't dry out this way.
- I wouldn't. The microwave is just for heating leftovers in my book.
