I love rice and chicken dinners. Does anyone have any good recipes?
Just simple recipes please. Not too many ingriedients.

- You could always follow the recipe on the back of a campbells cream of mushroom soup can. It's a basic soup and chicken and rice recipe. I like making chicken fried rice. I cook up slices of chicken with onion and garlic. I add in cooked rice, and scramble an egg into the rice mixture. Add a little soy sauce and some other seasonings.
- *quick chicken and rice casserole* INGREDIENTS 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup 1 cup water 1 cup uncooked white rice 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained 1 pinch garlic powder ground black pepper to taste 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a large bowl combine the mushroom soup, celery soup, water, rice, mushrooms, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix all together. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread on bottom. Lay chicken pieces over soup mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside
- A family favorite, but can't make all the time cause the sauce is fatty, but good. Bake Chicken 350 until cooked. Box of Rice A Roni (chicken, mushroom or long grain and wild rice are best) Sauce: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup cheese (colby jack is best) sprinkle of garlic salt In pan warm up soup with cheese. Add in mayo and cook until blended. Just before serving add the sour cream. Pour over rice and chicken to serve.
- 2 cups rice 1 Chicken boulion cube 1-1/2 cups boiling water 1 TBSP dehydrated onion 2 cups Frozen peas and carrots 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can milk or 1/2 and 1/2 4 chicken breasts butter a baking dish and spread rice over the bottom. Dissolve the bullion cube in water and dmp on top of rice. mix everything else except the meat in a mixing bowl and pour on top. Place the chicken breasts on top, cover with foil tightly and bake at 350 for 65 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve this with a crisp salad and warm bread sticks. This is very easy and tastes sooooo good. Good luck!
- BAKED WILD RICE & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 4 c. boiled wild rice 2 c. chicken, diced 1 c. cooked celery (not too well done) 1 c. mushroom soup 1/2 c. chicken gravy 1/2 c. chicken broth Salt & pepper Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.

- TOO EASY CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 1 10 oz. package of saffron yellow Spanish rice (Vigo) 1 10 oz. can of canned premium chicken in water 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk paprika *optional: onions **optional: fried fried onions **optional: cheese Cook rice as directed but simmer for 15 minutes. (When combined with the other ingredients and cooked in the oven, the rice will cook more.) Drain water from canned chicken. Combine soup and chicken in bowl. Add cooked rice to soup and chicken. Stir in 1/2 cup of milk, more or less, depending on consistency desired. Cook uncovered in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. No need to grease the dish. That's it! Serve with vegetables for a complete and quick meal. *If using onions simmer onions in butter for about ten minutes then add to bottom of casserole dish. (I leave them out when I cook it for my kids) **If you desire, you can top it with cheese or fried onions and broil for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 large onion. 2 pieces of garlic. 1 can of tomato pure 2 potatoes. 1 carrot, 1 apple 2 slices of pineapple, Breast of chicken, rice, salt, pepper - 1 cup of cooking cream, 1/2 cup of olive oil, curry powder and curry sauce(if you have it) 1. keeping aside the chicken breast cut in cubes, the pineapple the cooking cream, and the curry, chop or grate the rest into small pieces and place in a pot with a small glass of olive oil and stir fry slowly moving it with a wooden spoon. Add some pieces of chicken breast chopped very finely and leave all the ingredients to cook slowly. After a few minutes, when it starts to cook, add a glass of water but not much. After about half an hour of simmering all the ingredients should look saucy so then you add pineapple and curry sauce and curry powder and simmer for another 10 minutes adding a 1/2 glass of fresh cream in the last minute. If it looks too chunky you can liquidise it after. 2. Stir fry the chicken breast in a drop of oil on a seperate pan and add a pinch of curry powder. When the chicken is done, thow it into the pot with the other ingredients. ( test it for salting) 3, Serve with boiled white rice and Bon Appetite!!
- i love chicken pastries. *dice up chicken, thighs, breasts etc. *1 leek *3 rashes bacon *mixed veges optional (whatever you fancy) *mushrooms *1 tin of creamy chicken n mushroom, or chicken and corn or just plain creamy chicken. put it all in the saucepan cook it up, add a touch of cream/ sour cream. And some cornflour to thicken. Make sure you cool the mixture down before you make you scrumious little parcels. glaze with egg wash and poppy seeds Yumo!!!!!
- Simplified chicken rice recipe : When cooking your rice, put the chicken pieces into the rice cooker at the same time. Add about half tsp of salt. Start cooking. When the rice is ready, the chicken is also ready. The rice will absorb the chicken essence. Yummy! Enjoy!
