  1. You don't need a recipe. You did not say how you were going to cook them. Get a jar of Italian Salad Dressing. Pour over the wings and let them sit overnight, or a couple of hours. Grill them until they are just about done. Get your favorite jar of Bar-B-Que sauce and brush it on just before taking them off the grill. Perfect wings! Waiting to put the Bar-B-Que sauce on last keeps it from burning. The vinegar in the Italian Drsg. will marinate the wings and make them juicy. Have fun.
  2. Marinate the chicken 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare the grill in the usual fashion. Remove the chicken and boil the marinade for about two minutes (it kills any lurking bacteria). Place the chicken on the non-heat side of the grill/smoker. Baste every 15 minutes until done. They are done when the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Mix together well and use on your favorite meat.
  3. Italian dressing as the marinade. Cook on the grill if possible, brush the barbeque sauce as it cooks. Or bake in oven at 350 and brush bbq sauce while it cooks. The italian dressing makes it moist and juicy on the inside and the bbq sauce makes it scrumtious on the outside. YUM YUM!
