Increase oil temperature to 375. Fry half of the chicken pieces about 1 minute or until golden brown; drain on paper towel. Repeat with remaining chicken. - CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS 2 lb. chicken wings 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cut chicken wings in two pieces, discarding the tips. In a small shallow bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into crumb mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Yield: about 20 appetizers.
