salt and peppered chicken wings recipe?

i love the salt and peppered chicken wings i get from my local chinese takeaway,i would love to be able to cook them the same,they have a crispy coating and are covered with what appears like green chilli/peppers and onions maybe garlic,and other spices?,has anyone out there got a recipe please.

Peppered Chicken Wings 4 servings 15 min 5 min prep Change to: servings US Metric 12 chicken wings 2 teaspoons salt 5 cloves garlic, finely crushed 1 teaspoon fresh black peppercorns, ground 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon light soya sauce 1/2 tablespoon dark soya sauce Clean chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. Rub all the marinade ingredients over the wings and keep in covered container. Store in refrigerator for several hours. Arrange chicken on a tray and grill until browned. Serve warm. You can also grill the wings but remember to flip over the wings more often as honey tends to get burnt easily.

Place the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, and oregano. Season just 1 side of the wings for mild, or for hotter wings, turn the wings to coat the other side with seasonings and then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat a grill to medium-high. Grill chicken wings, turning once, until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Serve immediately with a side of Blue Cheese Dressing. Blue Cheese Dressing: 1/4 pound blue cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon celery seed Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
