any good recipes for chicken wings hot or BBQ style?

Everytime I make chicken wings (the frozen kind w/no flavor on them yet) I put BBQ sauce but they stick to the sheet that I am cooking them on what is the best thing to use to prevent them from sticking to the surface where I am cooking them? and does anybody have a good recipe for hot wings or BBQ wings?

  1. You can use wax paper to prevent sticking. I usually make my hot sause with equal parts of butter and hot sauce.
  2. Try the new Reynold's "release" foil and if you haven't tried "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ sauce you should! I like the Honey flavor. It is soooooo good.
  3. fry them first then add sweet baby rays bbq sause and bake for a few min just put them on alum foil
  4. BARBECUE - STYLE CHICKEN WINGS 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced Rinse chicken; pat dry. Discard and cut off wing tip. Cut each wing at joint to make two pieces. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan in a layer. Bake in oven on 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain fat from baking pan. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Brush wings with sauce. Bake 10 minutes. Turn wings over; brush again with sauce. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 16.
  5. Deep fry chicken wings for 7-9 minutes(depending on size) in 350 degree oil until crispy. Drain wings and toss in this: 1 cup Crystal Hot Sauce 1/2 stick of BUTTER Heat the sauce in the microwave and stir in the cold butter until it just melts. This makes a medium hot wing--for hotter wings, use less butter, for milder sauce use the whole stick.of butter.
  6. most places either bake or deep fry the wings and then toss them in hot sauce, honey garlic bbq etc...
  7. Add a cup of Wild Turkey whiskey and that will provide the tanginess...simpler. Then after marinate in wild turkey , tomato paste & some sea salt pan fry em in extra virgin olive oil. extra virgin olive oil the only thing that will prevent anything from sticking
