BBQ chicken recipe( the one you buy from the shops/coles)?
Anyone here know? i mean all the herbs that is cooked with inside the chicken

- BBQ CHICKEN WITH BEER 5 lbs. chicken, preferably leg/thigh combination 1 bottle of Italian dressing 2 bottles of BBQ sauce 1 can beer Salt to taste Marinate chicken overnight in Italian dressing. BBQ chicken over medium coals, basting with remainder of dressing until done. Mix BBQ sauce and beer. Place chicken in roasting pan and cover with sauce/beer mixture. Cover and place back on coals for 45 minutes or until desired. Meat should fall off the bone.
- I think what your after is the stuffing in the chicken and the easist thing I think you should do is go and buy some readymade stuffing from the supermarket and then just add whatever herbs you like. If you dont know what herbs to add try looking in the dried herb section as they have a huge range of herbs you can choose from. My suggestion would be sage, basil or possibly some kind of italian herb mix. Make up the stuffing then add it to the chicken and make sure you allow time for the chicken to properly cook ie clear juices run out when cooked in the thigh ie thickest part of the chicken.

Pick chicken all over with a fork so marinade can penetrate better. 2. )Combine all marinade ingrdient and stir over low heat to mix thoroughly. pou over chickenand marinade 4 to 6 hours turning over frequently. 3.) Drain chicken then brush pieces with butter. 4). broil 6" from the heat, bone side up to 15 minutes. brush with more butter and turn to cook the other side for another 15 minutes or until done... Preparation time 10 minutes ( plus 4 hours marinating time or over night) Cooking time 30 minutes Serve 4...
- The traditional Poultry triniy of herbs is fresh thyme, rosemary an sage. Most gorcery stores (including super wal-marts) have fresh herbs in their priduce sections. using the rosemary sprigs as the center, use cooking twince to wrap all herb leaves together into a bundle and you can use it to stuff inside whole bird and cook, this allows the herbs flavor to be infused in the meat. if cooking quartered chicken, you can take same herbs, mince finely, add some olive oil to make a paste and bruch on all side of chicken and grill or bake.
