- I make this for my family ALL the time. They go crazy for it. You can use Chicken or pork. mix eggs and BBQ sauce and cote the chicken in it. Take any BBQ chips and crush them up, put in a bit of Bisquick or any other all purpose thing like that. Put it all in a zip lock and shake it up. Put in a hot skillet, only flip twice. I know its on the Bisquick box or website if you wanna check there... I suck at typing up recipes lol.
- HONEY BARBEQUE CHICKEN 4 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless seasoned salt garlic salt pepper 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 bottle bbq honey 1/2 cup 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup flour Slice chicken into 1/2 inch strips (can use any size or type to suit your needs, works well with wings). Place the chicken in a in large bowl and coat with Worcestershire. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Put oil into frying pan and heat to med/high to fry chicken. In a bowl, coat pieces of chicken with flour. Fry chicken in a skillet with oil on medium/high heat until golden brown. Mix BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl. Place chicken on a cookie sheet or oven pan. Brush or drizzle BBQ mix over chicken and bake at 400F for 10 min. Remove chicken - baste again with BBQ mix and return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Substitutions can be used for most ingredients. The important part is to fry, then bake with the BBQ sauce.
- Make this BBQ sauce and brush it over the chicken from time to time, cook the chicken as you usually would. 1 onion finely chopped; 4 cloves garlic finely minced; 2 cups ketchup; 1 cup water; ½ cup cider vinegar; ¼ cup canola oil; ¼ cup worcestershire sauce; ¼ lemon juice; ⅓ cup packed brown sugar; 1 tbsp honey; 1 tbsp chili powder; 1 tbsp ground cumin; 2 dashes toabsco sauce. Combine ingredients in a pot & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer until slightly thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Pour sauce through strainer to remove onion & garlic.
- simplest thing ever.. put your (thawed) chicken breats in like a 9x13 glass dish (make sure you put some foil over the bottom, makes for alot less mess) . Then pour about 3/4 regular size bottle sauce all over the chicken. I use Kraft BBQ original recipe. (this is for about 5 normal size breasts) then i put foil on top and throw it in the oven at about 400 degrees for about 45 minutes
- bake thwe chicken then when it is done add some bbq sauce on the chicken let it say in the oven for at least 2-3 mins then take it and taste bbq chicken
