Recipes for a different and easy marrinade for BBQ chicken????

- How about lemon chicken.....just marinade in lemon juice, white wine, maybe some honey to give a sweet and sour touch and any herbs you fancy......
- one can flatt beer allspice tsp small amount sea salt lemon juice boil the chicken first.

- Chop finely 1 Scotch bonnet chili,onion,thyme, carrots,add veg oil [ the original recipe came from France & used soya oil, never found it here] season with s&p Spatchcock the bird [ cut it down the middle & open it out] or use pieces if you want. marinade bird for at least 4 hrs' turn meat now & then. Then bbq bird. Whilst meat is cooking cook the carrots ,chili, thyme,onion mix in a saucepan. Serve with boiled rice. Just done mine for this pm. Careful with the Scotch bonnet they could be used in nuclear warfare. I rubbed my nose about 2 hrs later after washing my hands it still made my nose sting.Use washing up gloves when chopping its safer. Sorry forgot chopped garlic as well in marinade.
- bbq chicken marinade INGREDIENTS 200 g white sugar 235 ml soy sauce 235 ml water 2 g onion powder 2 g ground ginger 15 ml lemon juice (optional) 20 g hot chile paste (optional) DIRECTIONS In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, water, onion powder, and ground ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove the mixture from heat, cool, and whisk in lemon juice and hot chile paste. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before preparing chicken as desired.
- 1 tbs honey 1tbs worchestire sauce 1tbs soy sauce 1tbs brown sauce bobs your uncle you have a lovely marinade
- try this, Cajun chicken buy blackened Cajun spice (noels is exultant) get a large plastic tub put 2 tbl spoons of spice in add 100ml of Thai stir fry oil 10ml of olive oil some lime juice, add chicken and marinade for beetween 1 & 2 hours in the fridge, drain the oil. cook on bbq in quite a high position for 5 mins each side befor moveing to a hotter part of the bbq. serve with sour cream and a greek salad. i dont recomend this for children
