  1. Prepare your chicken as directed and then with a rolling pin smash a bag of bbq chips then place a piece of chicken in 1 at time into bag and shake until coated and then bake or fry as usual.
  2. Sure you can coat poultry with anything and eat it. Just put bbq chips in food processer, place in ziploc bag with chicken, shake bag, place in dish and put in oven for an hour. If you really like it spicy, mix taco seasoning in. I serve a similar dish and put canned diced tomatoes I've drained and cover with cheese. YUM..........
  3. OVEN FRIED CHICKEN Ingredients:- -2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up -1/2 c. melted butter -2 c. crushed potato chips (or BBQ chips, corn flakes, or 3 c. rice cereal, crushed) -1/4 tsp. garlic salt -Dash pepper Method:- 1) Dip chicken in melted butter. 2) Roll in mixture of next 3 ingredients. 3) Place chicken, skin side up not touching in greased large shallow baking pan. 4) Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. 5) Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour or until tender. Do not turn. ENJOY!!
  4. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup crushed potato chips ANY FLAVOR -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: To Marinate: Put chicken breasts in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over chicken and season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Put potato chip crumbs in a shallow dish or bowl. Roll chicken in crumbs until well coated, then place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. You also can take cornflakes and crush them up with seasoning salt and make the same way. Yummy!
