  1. No recipe as such, but this weekend I bought Levi Roots Reggae Reggae sauce and it is fab with chicken fillets. Its got a real kick to it, unlike anything else I have tasted. I would highly recommend it!
  2. Spread on Diana BBQ sauce, and put right on the BBQ!
  3. place chicken fillets in foils square add favorite bbq sauce and fold ends in to seal bake at 350 for abt 30-45 min until done
  4. There are several ways to do this. Either in the oven or on the BBQ. If using the oven, you just take a pan or caserole dish and make one layer with the chicken. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Don't put too much water or you won't have good BBQ flavor. Just use enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Grab your BBQ sauce (anything from the grocery store will work. Store brand works just fine) and coat the chiken liberally (I have a cooking paint brush for this and can be found at wal mart and most grocery stores). Cover the dish with aluminum foil and cook at 400 for about an hour. For the BBQ, cook the chicken as you normally would. The slower it's cooked, then more tender and juicier it will be. Meaning, don't have it all up on the fire, set it more to the side. About 15-30 minutes before it's done cooking, add your BBQ sauce (same as used for the oven method) and coat the entire peice. By letting it set this long, the sauce will somewhat caramolize to the chicken giving a good flavor as it mixes with the juices from the chicken. Getting it too hot will make the sauce run off. As well, flipping the chicken will make the sauce on top of the chicken drip off more. My rule of thumb here is to let it set on the grill with the sauce long enough to drink another beer before calling it done. Hope this helps.
  5. honey and soy sauce, chinese five spice,
  6. I like Tesco's BBQ seasoning in a sachet. It costs about 59p and is really tasty. You sprinkle it over your chicken pieces (coat it generously!) and leave for about an hour til the powder absorbs the moisture from the meat and turns a darker colour and gives the meat a shiny coating. If making my own, I use: 2 tbsp tom ketchup 1 tbsp runny honey juice of half a lemon good splash of worcestershire sauce 2 tsp blobs of tom puree salt and pepper mix it all up well and use to coat meat and leave in fridge for at least 2 hours. Happy BBQ!!!!
