Recipes using Chicken Wings?
I'm looking for some recipes that use chicken wings... I am not looking for hot wing recipes or bbq wing recipes. Any ideas?

- CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS prep time: 20 mins. total: 1 hour Serves 4 1 teaspoon olive oil, for baking sheets 1 bag (7 to 9 ounces) salted corn tortilla chips 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon paprika Coarse salt and ground pepper 12 whole chicken wings, (about 3 pounds) 1 cup red or green prepared salsa, for serving (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line two rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil; brush lightly with oil. Set aside. In a food processor, pulse chips in two batches until finely ground (you should have about 2 cups ground chips); transfer to a large shallow dish. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs; season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Working in two batches, place wings in egg mixture. Remove wings one by one, letting excess egg fall off. Transfer to dish containing ground chips; toss to coat, patting mixture on with hands. Arrange coated wings on prepared baking sheets. Bake, switching pans from top to bottom shelf halfway through, until lightly browned and tender, 40 to 45 minutes. Season wings with salt. Serve with salsa, if desired. - Baked Buffalo Wings: We’ve cut the fat but kept the flavor by baking the wings and using reduced-fat cottage cheese in the dipping sauce. 2 pounds chicken drummettes (24) 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons red pepper sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce (See Below) Paprika Celery sticks, if desired 1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with aluminum foil. Remove skin from chicken. 2. Mix honey, ketchup, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce in resealable plastic food-storage bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 24 hours, turning occasionally. Makes Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce. 3. Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crisp and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve with celery sticks and sauce.
- SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS Fry at least 10-15 chicken wings golden brown and leave it to settle. Then you pour a small tin of pineapple juice with a drop of vinilla essence, two table spoon of suger and some grated ginger in a pot on medium heat.This stays on until the pineapple sauce gets thick. Take the wings one by one and toss them in the sauce and serve while hot.
