Good crockpot chicken recipe?

I have skinless, boneless chicken breasts and I would like to cook them in a crockpot. Anybody have any good recipes?

  1. Ingredients: 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, skin removed, or 4 chicken leg quarters, skin removed 1/2 cup chopped onionn 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 can (14.5-ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained 1/4 cup cold water or chicken broth 1 tablespoon cornstarch Preparation: Place chicken in 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Top with chopped onion and sliced olives. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, rosemary and garlic powder. Pour tomatoes over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. With slotted spoon, remove chicken and vegetables to a warm serving platter. Cover with foil and keep warm. Increase crockpot to HIGH heat setting. In cup or small bowl, combine water and cornstarch; stir until smooth. Stir into liquids in the crockpot. Cook until thickened. Serve thickened juices with chicken. Serves 4. I included some websites for additional recipes
  2. This is so easy and so good! Layer the chicken in the crock pot and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper (or whatever spices you like). I throw in some fresh herbs from the garden, too, like rosemary or thyme. Whisk together a can of cream of mushroom soup and a cup of white wine and pour that mixture over the chicken. Cook on low all day or on high for about 4 hours. Take the chicken out and put on a plate. Whisk a cup of sour cream into the mixture in the crock pot and then put the chicken back in. Give it about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour to warm back up to temperature, then serve over rice or egg noodles. I made this for a surprise party and EVERYONE was asking for the recipe! I hope you enjoy it! =)
  3. Suggestions: Crock Pot Recipes: Cola Chicken 1 family size package chicken wings (or any chicken pieces) 2 cup catsup 2 - 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.) 2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning Put chicken in a non-stick pan. Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning….pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat…cover with lid..and cook 45 minutes. (turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from sticking to pan) Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm! I used the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken). This recipe is doubled…..for my husband and myself…I use ½ the ingredients. You can double…the double….and more as you like. BBQ Ribs Use the same method (Cola Chicken)….leave out McCormicks seasoning. Ribs & Chicken wings both good…..and……‘s I m p l e’…..to fix…!! Mushroom Chicken 4 chicken breast 1 can cream of mushroom soup water Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with can of water. Place chicken in crock pot. Pour soup over chicken and cook on medium ....4-5 hours....or until desired doneness.
