Help me create a healthy chicken dinner!?
I am using all organic foods and want some healthy simple recipes. I have 2 chicken breast (no steroids used) and want some tasty ideas to cook it and it needs to be healthy. No dairy or non-organic ideas please. When you tell me to steam it or flake it, I really need all directions as I am new to cooking and even the simplest things I might not know. Thank you all!

- You can steam the chicken and flake it, seasoned with lemon & pepper or just dip it in soy sauce w/ lemon.
- Lay the chicken breasts on a piece of heavy duty tin foil (or two sheets of regular). Sprinkle on some organic herbs, freshly cracked black pepper and kosher or sea salt. Drizzle with organic olive oil. Wrap the chicken up and grill or bake until done. Grilling the chicken gives it extra flavor. Serve it with a nice salad and some grilled organic veggies. Good luck!
- I like to make kind of pesto cilantro or basil with parsley, onions, fresh garlic, lemon juice, olive oil,mix it in a blender until is paste like, sometimes I add sun dried tomatoes to the basil that's what I have now with my organic chicken or soy, honey, garlic, white rice wine or white wine, mix it or orange juice, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, cumin or Italian herbs, garlic, paprika or garlic balsamic vinegar, honey, rosemary any of these are good for grill or saute than you can add for the pesto fresh mozzarella goat cheese melted under the broiler or pasta with saute organic veggies or brown rice cooked with chicken broth or cooked quinoa( boil water than add the quinoa for 25 minutes with the lid, the add on a pan olive oil mushrooms, garlic, onions, and spinach and cook it add to the quinoa rice and black beans , corn fresh tomatoes mix all with the cumin/orange chicken or the cilantro pesto chicken with curry powder and garlic, yogurt let marinate for 30 minutes then saute in a pan with olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes each side, saute in a pan with olive oil, cook brown rice with coconut milk/water mix, coriander seeds, star aniz, cinnamon stick, bay leaf
- Grill it, that's simplest and usually healthiest. If you want added flavours you can make a simple sauce, but because it's grilling I suggest a homemade bbq sauce. You need something sweet and some spices. Try honey mixed with some mustard and some rosemary and basil. Mix that together, apply on the chicken before grilling, reapply while grilling. For sides, try ratatouille or grill up some veggies such as eggplants and peppers and use it to make a nice salad. You can also marinade the chicken in some lime juice and olive oil with rosemary and basil and garlic, then bake. Remember to cook chicken all the way through. If you grill it and it is drying out too much for your liking simply turn down the heat or place it into the oven.
