  3. Chicken schnitzel Take a chicken breast and put it in a plastic bag and bash until quite thin, then dip it in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and gently fry in a pan with oil. for about 4-5 mins each side. This goes well with rice. Add some cooked peas, sliced spring onions, and chopped mushrooms to your rice and stir fry it all together, and add a drop of soy sauce.

  5. how about try kongpao chicken? cut chicken into size of your thumb nails. mix it with corn starch and soy sauce and some salt. mix it well, make sure all the corn starch dissolve into soy sauce, but take care not to put too much soy sauce so it won't be too soggy. cut up some celery, into pieces about one inch long. and prepair some peanuts. heat up a pan on high, drop just enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan. remember you are not deep frying the chicken, so be very moderate with the oil. then throw 4 or 5 pieces of whole black peppers into the pan. wait til the oil gets hot enough, then dump chicken into the pan, and start stirring it continuously, make sure no chicken gets stuck on the bottom of the pan. stir the chicken until they turn golden brown, try one or two pieces to make sure it's cooked. now dump the celery into the pan with the chicken, add salt. stir chicken with celery for 1 to 2 minutes. turn the heat low, add a little bit of water into the bowl you mixed chicken with, add a little bit more corn starch, add some sugar, mix it into a watery soup, pour it into the pan with chicken and celery, stir it well. this is will make the dish have more texture. turn off heat, pour peanuts into the pan, stir it welll. then you are read to serve kongpao chicken!!
  6. This is my own recipe for a chicken stir-fry and its super easy so long as you have the ingredients. You will need: one to two boneless/skinless chicken breasts 1 package of frozen stir fry veggies (you choice, but i buy the broccoli stir fry veggies) For the sauce: 1/2 cup cold water 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon dried ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon black pepper optional - a dash or two or oriental 5 spice Okay so all I do is salt and pepper the chicken breasts and fry them up in a pan with a little olive oil. When they are cooked thoroughly, I cut them up into bite sized pieces. Next, in a small to medium sized bowl add all of the ingredients for the sauce and mix well and set aside. Then in another pan, I put a little olive oil in the pan and get it hot. You know its hot enough when you look in the pan and can kind of see the oil moving. I then add the frozen veggies. Let them cook for around 4-5 minutes or until they seem hot. I then add the cooked and cut chicken pieces and the sauce and mix and cook until it looks done (usually like 5-6 more minutes). I then serve it over white rice, but in your case you can serve it over your fried rice. I hope you enjoy it, its one of my favorite recipes that I created!
