Very flavorful and healthy recipe for boneless chicken tenders on the grill?
Chicken is not one of my favorite foods (unless it's fried of course!). I find it bland, and I often overcook it because I'm paranoid of bird diseases/viruses. Maybe a not-so-sweet vinegary BBQ-like sauce (so it's low carb, and I don't like the sweet 'Hickory' taste). I'm picky, aren't I?

- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt & pepper, spray with oil, grill. I like to dip mine in steak sauce after grilling. Very tasty.
- Marinade it in Low fat/fat free italian dressing thread on skweres and grill away. Seve with fresh veggies and a baked potato..YUMMY!
- Marinate in any dressing or BBQ sauce and grill...not too long as they will dry out.
- I make shish kabobs with them- they are yummy! get wood skewers form the store and put on them chunks of the chicken, green pepper, red pepper or yellow peppers, onion chunks, whole mushrooms, cherry tomatoes- whatever veggies you want really! I randomly arrange my skewers so there is about an equal amount of everything on them- figure two per person at least. then sprinkle seasonings on them and grill- while on the grill bast with a marinade or Italian dressing so they are nice and flavored and juicy!
- put the chicken in a bag all cleaned up...(to make it healthy) add in low-fat greek dressing and then some canola or low fat mayo, just a tbsp tho and then squish it all up and let it marinade and then grill the chicken...its VERYYY good..like restaurant good ahah
