Meat Supplies?

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY MEAT SUPPLIES SUCH AS POULTRY PADS, BUTCHER PAPER, WAX PAPER, FOAM PLATES IN CALIFORNIA PREFFERLY LOS ANGELES COUNTY? I TRIED THE INTERNET BUT THEY ONLY OFFER ACTUAL MEAT AND STUFF...

1. Well dont know anything about california but sounds like to me you should be able to get all those items you listed at walmart or a grocery store to cuts meats
2. How about a Smart & Final or Costco store. If you are looking for more of an industrial type of supplier, there is a restaurant supply warehouse in downtown LA right next to Farmer Boys. I forget the name of it, but the Farmer Boys is at 726 S Alameda and the store is on the same side of the street just south of there.
3. If you got your retailer's license, setup an accoutn at Jetro Cash & Carry (http://www.jetro.com/) they are a huge (I mean, large building) wholeseller of resurant supplies and general merchandise. They have entire sections of meat for sale (whole uncut sirloin tip, boxes of chicken, etc.) Also, lots of knives, buther papers,a nd the best price of disposable plates. They have a location in Commerce, it's the closes to downtown LA, a bit of a drive, but it's well worht the trip to help setup your business. They defietnly have poutry pads and other butcher supplies at wholesale price. PS: not open to the public, you need your retail license to setup an account, and your alcohol, cigg licenses, etc
