What is the best and cheapest place to have a poultry farm?

1. Northern Louisiana or Southern Arkansas are definitely buyers' markets for live and processed birds. Environmentally, they both are very temperate and moderate. Land is cheap there too. As far as the state I would rather do business in because of the laws, it would most definitely be Arkansas.
2. Gainesville Georgia is called the chicken capitol of the world.. Not sure of exact numbers, but there ar e alot of chicken producers in Gaineville, and they draw chicken from are farms in North Georgia. Claxton farms , Goldkist, Mar-Jack all operate in this area.
