Regulations for Tyson poultry farm approval?

What are the regulations for poultry farm approval for Tyson poultry farms? The Tyson.com site doesn't seem to have any documentation. I ask because my neighbor has chicken coups up himself, and I have heard that I would be unable to build a poultry farm approved by Tyson if there are alien chicken species within a certain radius. I don't know if this is true or not. If his personal chicken coups (he collects eggs for himself not for a corporation) is too close to my property than this might mean that I will not be able to build a poultry farm. If anyone can answer this I would be grateful.
