Does anyone think fried poultry made with a egg-nog batter would work?

That's all, like the way you coat meat in milk before coating it with breadcrumbs.

1. Sure. You can use milk or buttermilk. I'm sure eggnog would taste nice.
2. The only way to find out is by trying it your self.. Thats the whole thrill of cooking... But it sounds good! :)
