  7. Some std's cause cancer. Specifically HPV, human papilloma virus, can cause cervical cancer! Merke just had a vaccine for some forms of cervical cancer recieve preliminary approval from an FDA committee. All others are false! Direct contact refers to direct sexual contact, no STD's can be transmitted by the means mentioned in that statement. ~~Gary RN

  16. You cannot get any Sexually Transmitted Disease from undercooked poutry. And not all stds form recognisable symptoms in women particularly as we cannot see our stuff. Best wishes

  18. All STD`s are preventable for sure and some may inflict the patients a higher risk of malignancy such as Sarcoma Kaposi in HIV AIDS.While not all of them produce recognisable symptoms.many has similar symptoms and it is required to perform lab tests to differentiate them.
