i want expand informations about bird flue disease?

this disease is fround in the far east ,which infected poultry animals.i wish to know the reasons for this disease , the history of it ,everything about it.

1. I don't know much about it , but what I know is from media...especially know is that the virus can transfer through the birds especially the life ones but u can eat birds as u want but cook it well 1st also the eggs
