Chicken question. What do I feed a chicken when it hatches?

I bought 6 chicken eggs on e-bay and I have them in an incubator. Don't know what to do when they hatch. Help please.

1. Something small and not hard that they won't choke.
2. Shelled Corn, Roasted Soybeans, Oats
3. Find a Farm Store and buy chick starter feed. This contains the nutrients needed for about the first 6 weeks. Make sure they have plenty of water.
