help with a gqf incubator?

i borrowed a gqf incubator with an electronic thermostat and i was wodering how to increase the temperature o it becouse i moved all the rockers down ecept rocker 5 and it still will not reach 100 degrees it stays around 98.5 any advise and also it is a turbo fan model if that helps any

1. Lots of questions go with your question. Is your incubator empty or does it have eggs in it? If it is empty, when you add the eggs the temperature will increase. What kind of eggs are you going to incubate? Most eggs can't tolerate a temp above 99 degrees. The slightly lower temp worked very well for my goose, duck, chicken, and peacock eggs. It takes a couple extra days to hatch them but it is better than accidentally cooking them. If you already have experience in this area I apologize for wasting your time.
