Can this incubator do this?
http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/product/mini_dome_incubator.html can the temperature be regulated? If not how can I regulate it? Also does anyone know of any other cheap incubators? This is for hatching chickens.

- No. This incubator is horrible. I know, because I bought it myself. You can't regulate either the temperature OR the humidity because it is way too small and all they give you is a piece of aluminum foil, a small light bulb, and a ridiculous piece of chicken wire to separate the eggs from the bulb. I never had a single egg hatch in this. The GQF Hovabator is going to be your best bet as far as "cheap" is concerned - and you should be able to get a moderately used one on ebay for about $50-60. If you really want to hatch eggs, you need to invest SOME money. This little thing won't work, I promise you.
- Actually, the thing works. However, I think it is too expensive compared to what it does. I actually saw an egg hatch from one of my friends. It works, but only if you have no other options. The temperature cannot be regulated. The easiest way to regulate it would be to just put it somewhere warm, for example, a heater vent. If you have, say ten, twenty more dollars, you could get yourself a way better one that can be much more easier to work with for you. Try E-Bay or another such company. I got mine there, cost thirty dollars, though it took four hours over three weeks.
