Why do we incubate cell cultures (eukaryotic) at 37oC and 5% CO2 incubators?

1. because we can.
2. Because it is optimum conditions for colonization of cells...speeds the process and ensures success.
3. These conditions mimic the conditions found inside the eukaryotic body....37C is normal body temperature, and 5% CO2 simulates normal pH.
