Why do we incubate cell cultures (eukaryotic) at 37oC and 5% CO2 incubators?
Public Comments
- because we can.
- Because it is optimum conditions for colonization of cells...speeds the process and ensures success.
- These conditions mimic the conditions found inside the eukaryotic body....37C is normal body temperature, and 5% CO2 simulates normal pH.
