Any tips on incubating leo eggs?
My leos have laid eggs, but when I put them in my homemade incubator, they always die. I know they're fertile because after they die and dry out, I cut one open and see red spots where the embryo would develop. Any tips on how to keep them alive?

- Consistent temperatures, good humidity and not turning the eggs is the key to successfully incubating them. Do not candle them over a week old as that can startle the developing embryo and cause them to tear loose from the side, they are not like chicken eggs that can be turned or change positions. You will want temperatures from 79-90 depending on what sex you want them to be: 79-83 degrees : Females 84-86 degrees : Half and Half 87-90 degrees : Males Humidity should be 75-95%, if the eggs start to collapse, you can cover them with saran wrap overnight and remove the next day (they will start to collapse when they are ready to hatch, so do not worry about that then) You want the humidity enough that the eggs stay plump, but do not develop molds. DO NOT mist the eggs, but keep the soil they are in moist. Good Luck with them!
