  1. Try Kraftfoods.com I have gotten a bunch of really great recipes from there
  2. Chicken breast, broccoli, velveta, white wine, rice. Baked 350 for 50 minutes (maybe longer?)...it rocks!!!
  3. 16 oz chicken breast (julienne) 2.5oz butter 2 oz all purpose flour 4 oz chicken stock (warmed) 4 oz milk (warmed) 4 oz asiago 4 oz chedder 4 oz gruyer 20 oz broccoli (blanched) salt and pepper to taste 1. brown the chicken in the butter (med high) 2. remove chicken turn down to med add flour and cook till flour smells nutty and darken slightly 3. remove from heat and let cool slightly (roux should be warm not hot for the next step) 4. add the milk and the stock (go slowly and use whisk and rubber spat to get the corners) 5. bring to boil. let boil for 1 min then turn down to simmer and let thicken(should cover the back of spoon and flow off not clump off) if sauce is to thick add and little milk (should take 15 min to thicken) 6. while sauce is simmering add cheese a batch at atime dont add the next batch till the first is fully incorporated 7. mix sauce, chicken and broccoli and medium size baking pan and place in a 375 degree over for 15 min 8. while sauce in warming mix 4 oz fo parm cheese and 4 oz fo bread crumbs together 9. take the dish out of oven and place a layer of the parm mix on the top place back in oven and bake till the top browns if you have sauce left over dont down worry just cook up some noddles the next day and have some mac and cheese or par cook some potatoes and mix with the sauce bake with parm crust and have some au gratine potatoes. this is a basic recipe there are many ways to expand it but get this down first then go for the big stuff remeber the season sauce. and for that matter the chicken and broccoli. you what the dish to be ready to eat when done.
