does anybody have a good chicken rice casserole recipe that i may use?

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. In a casserole dish, combine the chicken, onion, soups, and noodles. Mix this together well. Crush the crackers in a medium bowl. Add the butter or margarine and the sour cream, mix thoroughly and spread this over the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

In a medium bowl combine the milk, rice, soup and seasoned salt if desired. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken pieces. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 90 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 30 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for another 15 minutes to allow the rice to brown.

Yes...actually I posted a rough one earlier. 1 cup of dry rice prepared (cooked) 2 chicken breasts poached, cooled, and then sliced 1 (14 or 16 oz) can of tomato sauce 1/2 of a bell pepper and white onion sauteed in olive oil 1/4 cup Soffrito (from the Spanish foods isle) 1 envelope of Sazon (also from Spanish foods isle) 1 tsp. Adobo (Spanish food isle again hehe) Shredded cheddar cheese...as much as you like Combine the rice, chicken, tomato sauce, soffrito, bell pepper, onion, and seasonings. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake at 400 till cheese is melty and the casserole is bubbly. I like to serve with salad and/or cornbread.

Chicken Broccoli Casserole 3c. cooked rice (i use success) 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 1 can of cream of chicken 1 soup can of milk 1/2 c. chopped onion (recipe calls for 1 cup, I'm not too crazy about onions so I use 1/2 cup) 1/2 c. chopped celery (recipe calls for 1 cup, I'm not too crazy about celery so I use 1/2 cup) 3 c. chicken, chopped 1 pkg frozen broccoli, cooked 8 oz Cheez Whiz (some times i add more) the cheesier the better Saute onions and celery in butter until clear. Add chicken soup and milk. Add cheez whiz and heat slowly until blended. Mix in broccoli, rice and chicken. Season to taste. Pour into casserole dish, and bake at 350' for 30 minutes. (casserole may be frozen after baking) Chicken and Mushroom Bake with Rice 6 chicken pieces 1 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (i prefer cream of mushroom) 1/2 c. rice 2 medium carrots, sliced (I sometimes omit) celery salt, for seasoning paprika, for seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt, as needed Place rice in bottom of a baking dish. Pour 1/2 c. water over rice. Add 1/2 can mushroom soup. Stir to mix with rice. Place chicken pieces, salted and peppered, on top of rice mix. Sprinkle with celery salt. Add carrots. Add remaining 1/2 c. water to mushroom soup in can. Stir until well blended. Pour over chicken, carrots and rice. Sprinkle paprika on top, sometimes I add a little parsley (nice pretty effect). Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325' for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear. You can also cook this without the rice and carrots. It makes a nice gravy to pour over cooked rice or noodles.

Spicy Chicken Rice Casserole Ingredients 1 lb Cooked chicken breasts 1 pk (10 oz.) chopped broccoli 1 md Onion; chopped 2 tb Margarine 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb Pepper jack cheese; grated Method Cook chicken and chop. Cook rice according to package directions. Saute onion in margarine. To onion add cooked rice, broccoli and soup. Mix all together. Then mix in chopped chicken and cheese. Pour into casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
