Chicken & Rice Casserole recipe?
I got one from here before - made with chicken long grain rice ... veggies and cream of chicken soup I just dont remember how to make it It was VERY Good. Thanks in advance

- just mix cheddar or cr. of mushroom soup in it heres something very easy, but very tasty! Boil 3 chicken breast after its done cut into tiny cubes boil 3 cups of rice minute rice only takes 8 minutes to boil! mix 1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom soup in the rice(after you drain it) put chicken over top sprinkle with garlic powder & pepper(not too much!) and add a lil bit of shredded cheddar cheese to top it off!!
- Chicken and Rice Casserole INGREDIENTS: 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix 2 cups boiling water 2 1/2 pounds cut up chicken or chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste PREPARATION: Wash and drain rice. Spread in 9 x 13 inch baking dish or 3 quart casserole. Mix soup, Italian dressing mix and water. Stir into rice. Lay chicken, skin side up, on top of rice mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil and cook for 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and cook for 20 minutes longer; until most of the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Put casserole under broiler for a few seconds to brown chicken.
- CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 4 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. chicken broth 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. cooked white rice or wild rice 2 c. cooked, chunked chicken or turkey 1/4 c. shredded American cheese 3/4 c. fresh or frozen broccoli Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large sauce pan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased baking dish 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch or a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. At the same time Prepare white rice and Broccoli AuGratin rice in Seperate pans. Mix Soups together with just enough milk to make fluid.
