  1. Will this work, instead of beef sub chicken? Baked Ramen 3 packages ramen noodles 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1/2 (26-ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce 1 egg 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 cup small curd cottage cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Do not break noodles. Discard flavor packets. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain ramen; add to egg mixture and toss to coat. 3. Place half of the ramen mixture in a greased round casserole dish or square baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
