Broccoli and Cheese Casserole?
Does anyone know the recipe for the broccoli and cheese casserole made with Canyons soup from HEB? I had the recipe and my husband threw it away.. I know that it takes the bucket of soup instant rice chicken broth cooked, and cooked chicken but I dont know how much of each, and I dont know how long I am suppose to cook it for. Please anyone if you know the recipe will you please help me?

- Use as much broth as the rice recipe calls for water. All other ingredients should be according to your tastes. Similar recipe: 2 C raw rice 4 C chicken broth 1/2 lb raw broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces 2 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1 can condensed cheddar soup 1 envelope french onion soup mix salt and pepper to taste grease your pan and dump in the rice. pour in the broth. layer the broccoli and chicken. salt and pepper. mix the condensed soup and the soup mix then spread over the top. cover with foil and bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes (the liquid will be gone and the chicken cooked).
