Chook Me!

I have chicken, rice, broccoli and cheddar soup and cheedar cheese?

I need to make something using all of these ingredents. A yummy casserole?? Wish I had something crunchy to put on top. What about italian bread crumbs?? Any recipes out there...using all of these ingredents?! Thanks!

  1. you can put boxed stuffing mix on top... yum
  2. Just throw them all together with some water and leave them in the oven for an hour (turn it on to 350 F if you want the casserole cooked.) Bread crumbs with a little melted butter would be good on top, or broken Ritz type crackers with melted butter.
  3. You just listed the ingredients for my favorite recipie!!! Chicken Broccoli Divan served on a bed of rice~ http://tinyurl.com/55525u
  4. You can make chicken, borccoli casserole. It is one of my favorites. I cup white rice 1 can cheddar soup (i use cream of mushroom) boneless chicken breast, cubed broccoli sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees about one hour or until rice is fluffy.
  5. go to kraftfoods.com and type in your ingrediants and they'll give you a list of recipes.
  6. You have the exact ingredients for a Chicken, Rice, Broccoli & Cheese Casserole. Precook 1/2 cup instant rice*, add to these indredients in a greased caserole dish...1 cup precooked chicken breast pieces, 1 cup precooked broccoli heads, 1 can Cheddar cheese soup**, 1/2 can milk, salt & pepper. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake @ 350 uncovered about 40 mins., until bubbly and top browns. * or 1/2 cup regular cooked rice /// ** 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese can be added.
  7. Italian bread crumbs would work. What about French's Fried Onions?
  8. bread crumbs are good or those yummy fried onions. you could always make your own croutons.
  9. You are about 45 minutes away from a casserole, sweetie. I'd blend all those ingredients together except the cheddar cheese. Add whatever spices you want - I usually throw in some chile flakes for kick, some Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. If you have any mixed frozen veggies, those will work nicely also. Mix it all together and place the chicken on top of the mix, meaty side up. Place in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, remove the cover and sprinkle the cheddar cheese. You can add some Italian bread crumbs or some french fried onions for crunch. Remove from the oven and let it set for a few minutes. Ta-dah! Your family will think you have been cooking all day and they won't hear differently from me.
