  1. BROCCOLI & TWO CHEESES CASSEROLE The two types of cheese really make it superb! 2 small bags or one family-size bag broccoli pieces 1 large onion, cut into big pieces 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 bag each, shredded mild cheddar and monterrey jack {size opt} 1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup melted butter Boil broccoli and onions together until tender, Drain. In large bowl add broccoli and onions, both cans of soup and both bags of cheese. Mix well. Pour into large casserole dish. In separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Mix until cumbly. Spread over broccoli and bake at 350 until cracker crumbs are golden brown. _________________________ Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole 2 celery ribs, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 cup frozen peas 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups cubed cooked chicken 2 cups cooked rice 1 cup crushed potato chips or crushed Ritz crackers In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until crisp-tender. 2. When my parents make that kind of casserole they buy a can of chicken broth and insted of using water use the chiken broth it will make it taste so much better!
  3. Omit the potatoes, first. Cook all ingredients and layer noodles, chix, cheese & cream of whatever soup... repeat... bake @ 350 for 30-40 mins until golden and hot throughout.
  4. iam not sure but iam sure you can make a cassorole w/ those ingredients for any extra help you should go on food network.com good luck sorry if i didn't help you......
  5. PUT'' CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP'' IN IT & ''ONIONS ''& IT WILL BE GOOD.
  6. I can give you a good casserole recipe and must assume that you have olive oil, salt & pepper in the pantry and water in the tap. I wish you had an onion or green onions. I can use all of your ingredients but not all in the same dish as I don't care for a hodge podge myself. Cook the quantity of noodles you want to serve according to package directions and if they are long noodles, break them into 3 to shorten the length. When they are al dente remove & strain & lightly oil to prevent sticking ( they will cook a little more). At the same time put your deboned chicken & broccoli florettes, along with peeled stems in cold salted water to cover by 1" and bring to the boil, then reduce & poach on simmer for 40 minutes, and remove from pot to cool. Then chop or pull apart the deboned chicken in bite size pieces about the same size as the broccoli. Pre heat oven to 350F and in an ovenproof casserole dish, sprayed with vegetable spray, toss the noodles, chicken & broccoli together (would have been nice if you had a sliced onion) and spoon into casserole dish. Pour a can of cream of chicken soup + 1/2 cup water over the mix and sprinkle about 2/3 grated cheddar over the top & add cracked black pepper. Put into the oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Serve when ready.
  7. Bake your seansoned chicken in the oven. take out and put chicken on another plate then add rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese and can of cream or mushroom soup. stir all together in same casserole pot you cooked the chicken in with two cups of water to one cup of rice. add your chicken to the top and cover. then bake until rice is done.
