How can you determin the sex of young chickens? hens or roosters?

I have young 4 week old chickens.. Does anyone no how i can tell which ones will be hens or roosters?

1. Other then vent sexing them which you need to be trained to do, at this early age the roosters will start growing longer tail feathers then the hens.
2. Birds dont have any physical part on their body to tell if they are a boy or girl. The only way to find out is to take them to a vet or animal doctor and give them a blood test.
