casserole, anyone??

Anyone out there have a quick and easy chicken/broccoli casserole recipe??

INGREDIENTS: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup dry stuffing mix -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender. In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  2. i mix cooked rice, diced cooked chicken, 1 bag of broccoli florets, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cheddar cheese soup together and bake at 350 for about 45 min. until it's bubbly and golden brown on top. This is really good and can be made a day ahead. Freezes well too. Hope you like it.

Leftover chicken Few cans of cream of mushroom soup Small bag of frozen broccoli Florette's Small bag of egg noodles cooked 1 cup of milk Melt the soup with the milk Add everything else Put it all in a baking dish and bake at 350 deg covered for 30 minutes. You can add other things to it if you want. Salt, pepper, ect, ect.
  4. 1 box of large stuffing shells. Cook them until tender. Mix in a bowl chunks of boiled chicken, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (probably 2 cans for a large pan of shells) 1 large pack shredded cheese and then fill up one can from the soup with milk. Mix that all together, stuff shells, use extra to dump over top. Bake at 350 for an hour and a half. remove from oven and crush saltine crackers over the top (optional) Its great and takes like 10 minutes to prepare!
  5. 1 cup regular rice 1 can cream of brocolli soup 1 can water 4 chicken breasts Preheat oven to 350 Spray rectangular baking dish with cooking spray lay rice along bottom of dish put chicken on top of rice pour soup evenly as you can over the top pour water over everything and cover with foil Bake for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked
