Looking for a quick dinner idea tonight with Chicken breasts.?
Perfer something very easy, with minimum dishes. I was thinking just putting the chicken breasts in a casserole dish some how and pouring soup or something over it...again something simple and perfer few dishes. Give me your creative ideas..

- tangy chicken 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic powder Place chicken in a single layer in a bowl or pan. Mix together Worcestershire sauce, oil, lemon juice, and garlic; pour over chicken. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Take chicken out of marinade, and place on broiler pan or grill. Broil until done, approximately 7 minutes on each side. serve w/ a baked potato and veggie
- If they are bonless, sprinkle a little Good Seasons dry Italian Seasoning on them, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, Nothing quicker or easier than that. They're really good too.
- Raining here today, so I am making dinner inside, but one of my favs for chicken breasts is on the grill, baste with a mustard/vinegar sauce. Steam some veggies to go along side. Quick, easy, easy clean up. All you need for sauce is some mustard and vinegar, might add some salt and/or garlic too.
- You can go to Kraft Foods, Campbell's Soup, or Stove Top's website and they ALL have very good dinners with minimum time and ingredients. I go there all the time. Just make something off there last night!
- You can put cream of mushroom soup on the chicken and bake it for about 45 minutes. Or another good way is to use about a stick of margarine depending on how large the breast are and garlic. Serve both with rice.

- my mother in law just told me about this recipe: 1lb chicken breast, can of cream of mushroom potatoes, combine everything in a deep pan on the stove and let it cook until the chicken is throughly cooked.
- Make your own "Shake and Bake" recipe. Put some breadcrumbs and spices (oregano, pepper, basil...etc) in a plastic bag. Soak the thawed chicken breasts in water and drop in the bag. Then close the bag and shake. After that, put the chicken in a pan and bake for approx 25-35 minutes depending on your oven. You can also pour melted butter over them before baking. Oven temp 375. Enjoy!
- I take 2 chicken breasts put them in a roaster, put in water in the roaster up to the sides of the chicken breast but not covering. I sprinkle paprika on top of the meat (even tried a hint of cinnamon once, it was quite nice). Add two chicken oxo cubes or packs to the water. Then cut up a potato, a carrot, onion, celery (or whatever you have), and throw in amongst the chicken. I cut lil slices in the chicken and stuff in garlic (how many?) depends on how much you like garlic. I put 2 or 3 per chicken breast. Cover and throw the roaster in the oven on 350 degrees Farenheit and leave it for about an hour. Voila, done all in one dish and minimal cleaning up! I love doing this, give it a go!! You can pour a bit of the broth over your meal, I even added some broth to a container with left overs, bit liquidy like soup but not alot! Yummy as all the flavours merge together whilst cooking :)

- Bruschetta Chicken Bake 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg stuffing for chicken 1/2 c water 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut bite size 1 tsp dried basil 1 c mozzarella Preheat oven to 400. Pour tomatoes into a bowl. Add stuffing, water, and garlic. Stir just until stuffing is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 13x9x2 pan, sprinkle with basil and cheese, top with stuffing. Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through. -----------------------------OR Rosemary Lime Chicken 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 2 TBS canola oil 1/2 c chicken broth 1/4 c lime juice 2 tsp rosemary, crushed s&p Flatten chicken and brown in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook, uncovered 5-7 min or until juices run clear. Serve with rice, a salad. You can cut your chicken and put it on tortillas if you prefer.
- Crunchy Onion Chicken 1-1/3 cups French’s French Fried Onions 1 lb. chicken 1 egg beaten Crush the Fried Onions in a plastic bag. Dip the chicken into the egg, then coat in onion crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 F. until cooked through. Serve with Dilly Potato Salad and corn on the cob. Moist & Crispy Chicken 3 cups Kelloggs Rice Krispies cereal, finely crushed 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 chicken cut in parts or 4 chicken breasts 1/2 cup Hellmans mayonnaise Place crushed Rice Krispies cereal, paprika, salt & pepper in a large plastic food bag. Shake to blend well. Brush chicken on all sides with Hellman’s real mayonnaise. Place 1 piece at a time in bag. Shake to coat well. Place on broiler rack in pan. Bake 425 F. 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- I just made this last night and it's delish! 1 cup long grain uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can of water 1 can mushrooms drained mix all together and top with raw chicken breasts salt and pepper on top in baking dish, caover and bake for one hour at 380. you can also do cream of chick soup with some frozen veggies mixed in instead another one I like cut up chicken into bit sized pieces, cook in skillet with mushrooms and onion, add cream of mush soup 1-2 cans maybe a little milk, serve over egg noodles.
- Take a packet of feta cheese (6 or 8 ounces) and mix it with a teaspoon of oregano. Then cut a pocket into the fatter side of each breast, and stuff it with your cheese. Salt the chicken a little bit. Heat up a pan with some olive oil, and give your chicken about 6 minutes on each side. Yummy! Got fresh veggies on the side?
