What do you cook for dinner?
Its hard to come home after a hard days work and cook a big feast for everyone! They are getting sick of my usual spagetti, chicken casserole, frozen pizza . . . . :) I need some ideas for dinners that are quick and easy to make for four people.

- Combinations with fried rice are always good, you can eat anything with it and combine endlessly.
- I make a pot roast in the crock pot. Add all the ingredients in the morning, and when you come home its good to go.,hope this helps.
- those bags of vegatables are good and easy, so is a roast and potatos in the crockpot, sourkraut and polish sausage is very good in the crockpot
- Tacos. Really easy. You just need the meat and fixins, and get a taco kit (comes with shells, seasoning, salsa). You can also do a stir-fry. Just cook up some minute-rice and chicken or a thin cut of beef; get frozen mixed vegetables for stir-fry and Kikoman stir-fry seasoning. Real easy.
- give them some veggies also u can put oil in a non stick pan and put some cashews and almons and a pinch of salt fry them then put cooked steam rice in it. its called semi biryani u can hav it with some gravy or just like that. njoi cookin.
- I stock up on chicken breasts, lean pork chops, sirloin steak. I can marinate them (or put a rub or sauce on them) and broil. They cook very quickly if they don't have any bones in them. Then you can eat them one night with a veggie, put them in brown rice or over noodles one night, or stir fry them with veggies. You have a least 3 different meals and by changing meats, you have even more. I cook the meats on Sunday afternoons and prepare for the whole week, making sure I have the side dishes on hand. Very easy!
