how do you make cheesy chicken and rice casserole?

Season chicken as desired. Cover. 3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minute or until done. Top with cheese. 4Serve with a green salad and bread of your choice.

- go buy the box :-) hehe.....no but really how i make it is cook the boneless chicken til its done, i bake it, and then turn it on only 100degrees after cutting the velveta up and letting it melt all over the chicken and then i have the rice cooked and sturr that in after done :-)
- INGREDIENTS 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite size pieces salt and pepper to taste 2 cups cooked white rice 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 3 slices soft white bread, cubed DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, place in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook another 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let cool. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine chicken, rice and soup and mix well. Top with cheese, then with bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and bread is crunchy. OR here's one that is a little different: CHEESY CHICKEN AND RICE 1-2 sm. cans chicken or 1 c. cooked chicken cut into bite-size pieces 2 c. cooked rice 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup 1 sm. jar processed cheese food 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. green pepper 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 sm. jar pimentos 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds, optional 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper 1. Combine ingredients in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or on high in microwave oven for 10 minutes. 2. Allow to stand 3-4 minutes before serving.

- I do basically the same thing as the first poster, but I'm baaad and add a cup of mayo and half a stick of cream cheese to mine! So creamy!
