Chicken with Ritz crackers recipe?
My mother used to make a casserole with Ritz crackers, chicken and I think cream of chicken soup but I don't know what else was in it. I've searched the internet but can't seem to find it. Anyone know what else is in it?

In another bowl mix Cream of Chicken soup and sour cream together, then pour over chicken. Crumble crackers over the top of casserole. Melt ½ stick of butter and pour over crackers. Bone and cut in small pieces. Spread over buttered casserole dish. Mix the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Crush tube of Ritz crackers, mix with poppy seed.
