Time for cooking chicken and stuffing?

We didn't get leftovers from where we had dinner, so I'm making another small thanksgiving batch today and have some questions I hope people can help me with. I am cooking three chicken breasts with homemade stuffing. I was thinking about putting the stuffing in a casserole dish, putting the chicken breast on top, then covering with foil. Would this work and what temp and how long should I cook it for? Thanks :)

  1. I was myself cooking a chicken dish a couple of hours back and it came out a complete flop. :( sorry can't help you.
  2. I would bake the chicken breast skin side up until golden brown, THEN turn breast over and place stuffing on top of under side of breast. And bake until done. If you place chicken breast on top of the stuffing, the stuffing is going to be yucky from juices/blood running down into it. I would bake at 350 for a total of 45 minutes to an hr. You want the skin side to be golden brown and crispy and the stuffing side once turned over cooked long enough to cook stuffing.
  3. If you are not shure what to do with the chicken you can always make this simple recipe..
