  2. yes you can! go to allrecipes.com and click on Ingredient Search plug in those ingredients, put "casserole" as the key word and recipes will come back atch
  3. Brown the chicken breasts. Spice with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Place into a casserole dish. Add the chicken soup, diced potatoes, onion and broccoli. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in oven on 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl combine chopped potatoes, broccoli, and chopped onions.place in buttered casserole dish..place chicken breast on top .. prepare soup as directed...add about 1./2 cheese and pour over veggies.& chicken...and bake for 35 mins at 350....
  5. Sure. I would just bake the potatoes and steam the broccoli to serve on the side. Start potatoes in oven while you put the casserole together. Pound chicken so pieces are about the same thickness. Put chicken in glass casserole dish (9x9 or 9x13 inches depending on how much chicken you have). Mix 1/2 can milk and chopped onion with soup, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in some velveeta cheese chunks and pour over chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 350 for about 30-45 minutes until sauce is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
  6. ABSOLUTELY! cut your breasts into cubes and saute in butter for about 3-4 minutes. chop your potatoes into cubes and stir in about a teaspoon of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes. chop onion and broccoli take potatoes out of oven and mix all ingredients in including salt and pepper to taste. sprinkle some bread crumbs, parsley and parmesan cheese on the top and cook for about 30-40 minutes! a green salad and crusty bread would be delicious with this!
  7. Have 2 ideas: 1) You could make a sheperds pie of sorts... Nuke the potatoes until they done(10 minutes). Mash them and set aside. Dice the chicken, onion and the brocolli up small (so it will cook quickly). Pour the soup into a pan and make it as directed. Add veggies and meat - heat through - 10 - 15 minutes. Pour in bottom of casserole, top with potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cheese melted and top starts to brown. 2) Make a soup. This would be even easier. Dice up meat and veggies small again so that it will cook quickly. Make soup according to directions using milk. Add a can of water or broth as well. Toss in meat and veggies. When everything is cooked through, add some cheese and let it melt into the soup. You will have a Cheesy Chicken potato broccolli soup.
  8. if this is not for tonite and you have a crockpot, just chop the veggies and throw it all in a crock on low for 8 hours. just turn it on when you go to work and dinners ready when you get home. what could be easier than that?
